Factor_, a HelloFresh brand, is looking for you as an Operational Excellence Lead (m/f/d). As Operational Excellence Lead, you will lead the OpEx team at our food production site and drive the continuous improvement of our production and business processes.

With a strong focus on efficiency, quality, and sustainability, you’ll apply Lean and WCM methodologies to deliver measurable improvements — both strategically and operationally.
