On behalf of our client, a rapidly growing optoelectronics and high-tech company in Berlin, we are looking for you to join us as a Export Control Officer (m/f/d) as part of a temporary placement with the option of a permanent role . You will be responsible for the legally compliant classification of dual-use goods and opto-electronic components in accordance with the current EU regulation and standard ECCN guidelines You will also be responsible for applying for and managing all BAFA licences and carrying out precise checks on the end-use of the products Furthermore, you will oversee the reliable preparation of all export documents, such as export accompanying documents, certificates of origin and preferential certificates, in accordance with applicable customs regulations the ongoing review of all export transactions for compliance with authorisation requirements under EU, BAFA and US re-export law is also part of your daily dutie
