Export Clerk (m/f/d)

You will independently handle the commercial aspects of dispatch, customs and export processing You will check the legal validity of export transactions and make independent decisions regarding exports You will also assess dual-use goods, export restrictions, embargoes and licensing requirements Your responsibilities include tariff classification and verification of preferential origin, as well as taking responsibility for applying for export licences You will process letters of credit and prepare the necessary shipping and customs documents You will plan and coordinate transport arrangements in consultation with freight forwarders You will liaise closely with clients, customs authorities, the Federal Office for Economic Affairs and Export Control (BAFA), the Chamber of Industry and Commerce (IHK), as well as project managers and engineers You will monitor existing export and dispatch processes and ensure that they run smoothly You will check and prepare export-related documents such as certificates of origin, invoices and freight documents You will act as the point of contact for internal and external parties regarding queries on customs and export matters You have successfully co
