Export Clerk (m/f/d)

You will process export orders independently and handle them from order acceptance through to completion You will carefully prepare and check order, dispatch and export documents You will compile customs and export documents in accordance with the applicable regulations You will organise and coordinate international shipments You will liaise regularly with freight forwarders, customers, suppliers and internal specialist departments You monitor delivery dates and dispatch processes and intervene in the event of any deviations You reliably enter customer, order and dispatch data into the ERP system You prepare dispatch and delivery documents as well as invoices In the event of delivery or dispatch issues, you investigate the causes and find solutions You assist with the continuous optimisation of export and dispatch processes You have completed a vocational qualification as a freight forwarding and logistics services clerk (m/f/d), industrial business administrator (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification you have experience in the field of exports, international order processing or dispatch You also have a good knowledge of customs and foreign trade law, as well as experience in handli
