Export Clerk (m/f/d)

You will process and handle export orders independently You will carefully prepare and check order, dispatch and export documents You will compile customs and export documents in accordance with the applicable regulations You will organise and coordinate international shipments You liaise regularly with freight forwarders, customers, suppliers and internal specialist departments You monitor delivery dates and dispatch processes You enter customer, order and dispatch data into the ERP system You prepare dispatch and delivery documents as well as invoices You resolve delivery and dispatch issues independently You actively support the optimisation of export and dispatch processes You have completed a vocational training programme as a freight forwarding clerk (m/f/d), industrial clerk (m/f/d) or hold a comparable qualification you have professional experience in the field of exports, international order processing or shipping You have a good knowledge of customs and foreign trade law, as well as experience with export and dispatch documentation You are proficient in using MS Office, the ERP system and SAP You have a good command of written and spoken German Reliability, the ability to
