Export clerk (m/f/d)

You will handle export administration via the ATLAS system You will issue CRM documents reliably and on time You will register consignments for export with the relevant authorities You prepare shipping documents in full and in accordance with the applicable requirements Customs clearance for outbound shipments falls within your remit You prepare invoices and delivery notes for export shipments You check export documents for completeness and accuracy You have completed a vocational qualification, e.g. as a freight forwarding and logistics clerk (m/f/d), a foreign trade clerk (m/f/d) or an industrial clerk (m/f/d) You have experience in export administration and customs procedures Ideally, you are already familiar with the ATLAS system You are expected to be proficient in using standard ERP and merchandise management systems You work meticulously and to deadline when preparing dispatch and customs documents You must have a good command of MS Office, particularly Excel and Word You demonstrate an independent and structured approach to your work You impress with your high level of reliability and sense of responsibility Permanent employment contract Salary above the collective agreemen
