Export Administrator

You will process and handle export orders independently You will carefully prepare and check order, dispatch and export documents You will compile customs and export documents in accordance with the applicable regulations You will organise and coordinate international shipments You will liaise regularly with freight forwarders, customers, suppliers and internal specialist departments You will monitor delivery dates and keep track of dispatch processes You will reliably enter customer, order and dispatch data into the ERP system You will prepare dispatch and delivery documents as well as invoices on time You resolve delivery and dispatch issues in consultation with the parties involved You actively support the optimisation of export and dispatch processes You have completed a vocational qualification as a freight forwarding and logistics services clerk (m/f/d), Industrial Business Administrator (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification You have professional experience in the field of exports, international order processing or dispatch, and a good knowledge of customs and foreign trade law, as well as handling export and dispatch documents You are confident in using MS Office, the ERP sy
