This role coordinates the digital presence needed to support that consumer-facing relationship across markets, with a primary focus on social media and digital communication. The Senior Expert, Digital Presence & Engagement establishes and coordinates processes, governance, content planning, and best-practice sharing for Operations-owned digital communication.

The role works with Local Operations, Commercial, Marketing, and other stakeholders to ensure that panelists and potential recruits can find clear, consistent, and relevant information about NIQ/GfK panels, how participation works, and where to get support. Social Media Coordination Coordinate Media Measurement Operations' social media activities across local markets.
