Dispatcher (m/f/d)

You will be responsible for independent and autonomous scheduling in collaboration with Production, Purchasing and other relevant departments Your responsibilities will include coordinating logistics to and from suppliers, customers and Lindewerke You will prepare all relevant delivery documents and schedule supplier delivery dates in SAP You will coordinate delivery dates and scheduling arrangements with the relevant departments You will promptly communicate any delivery delays to Production and Sales You will issue credit notes and check invoices from hauliers You will independently create SRM purchase orders for transport and services You will carry out a thorough check of freight forwarders’ invoices You will process completion notifications for general cargo and enter them into the relevant Excel spreadsheet You are responsible for the delivery documents in day-to-day operations Handling shipping bottles during processing also falls within your remit You organise transport for the national subsidiaries as well as internal plant transport You have completed a commercial or logistics apprenticeship You have relevant professional experience in the field of planning and logistics
