Cutting machine operator (m/f/d)

You will turn spindles, flanges and housings to drawing specifications in single-piece and small-batch production You will set up and operate turning and milling centres independently You will programme the Mazak machines using Mazak ISO programming and carry out simple programming tasks You carry out corrective adjustments on the Mazak INTEGREX machines You carry out measurements in the µ range to ensure dimensional accuracy Quality control of the manufactured components is also part of your responsibilities You will document your work results and draw up the relevant reports You will monitor tools and machines during the ongoing production process Where necessary, you will carry out minor maintenance and set-up work on the machines You have successfully completed an apprenticeship as an industrial mechanic (m/f/d), a machining mechanic (m/f/d) or a toolmaker (m/f/d) You have experience working with Mazak machines, particularly with Mazak ISO programming and Mazak INTEGREX machines You have knowledge of basic programming, correction adjustments and measurements on CNC machines You are familiar with turning spindles, flanges and housings to drawings in single-piece and small-batch
