Cutting machine operator (m/f/d)

You will operate and set up CNC lathes fitted with Siemens 840 controls or CNC milling machines fitted with Heidenhain controls You will machine the relevant components in accordance with technical drawings and production plans You will monitor the production process and carry out accompanying quality controls Maintenance and servicing of the machines in use are also part of your duties You continuously optimise machining processes You check finished workpieces for dimensional accuracy and document the results You will adjust tools and machine parameters appropriately depending on the component and production order In the event of disruptions to the production process, you will intervene and resolve minor technical issues independently You have completed an apprenticeship as a machining technician (m/f/d), industrial mechanic (m/f/d) or precision mechanic (m/f/d) You have relevant professional experience in the field of CNC turning or CNC milling You have in-depth knowledge of the Siemens 840 and Heidenhain control systems, as well as a basic understanding of CNC You can confidently read and implement technical drawings and production plans A high standard of quality awareness, as
