Cutting machine operator (m/f/d)

You set up and operate CNC or conventional machine tools during production You create, test and adjust CNC control programmes on the computer You will clamp workpieces in place and carry out test runs before actual production begins You will manufacture precision components in accordance with technical 2D and 3D drawings You will read and interpret technical drawings in order to implement the production specifications correctly You will inspect the finished workpieces for dimensional accuracy and surface quality, often to the micrometre You carry out regular quality checks and document the results You maintain and look after machines and tools You have completed a vocational training programme as a precision engineering mechanic (m/f/d), industrial mechanic (m/f/d), machining mechanic (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification you have a sound knowledge of CNC technology and you are able to read technical 2D and 3D drawings and work to them A basic knowledge of German , both spoken and written, is one of your strengths You demonstrate a willingness to work shifts Technical understanding and manual dexterity come naturally to you Analytical thinking, the ability to work in a team, commit
