Cutting machine operator (m/f/d)

You will turn individual parts and small batches made of metal and plastics, using both conventional and CNC-controlled methods You will set up and operate our conventional and CNC lathes, and monitor the ongoing production process You will machine moulded PU plastic parts, taking into account the material’s specific properties You will select suitable turning tools, measure them and fit them to the machine Using technical drawings, you will manufacture the parts to exact dimensions in accordance with specifications After production, you will carry out dimensional checks and quality inspections using suitable measuring equipment You document the manufactured parts and test results in a traceable manner You look after and maintain the machines and carry out minor maintenance work independently You keep your workstation tidy and comply with the applicable health and safety regulations You have successfully completed an apprenticeship as a machinist (m/f/d), industrial mechanic (m/f/d) or toolmaker (m/f/d) You have several years’ professional experience in conventional and CNC turning, ideally including plastics machining You are confident in handling technical drawings, measuring equ
