Cutting machine operator (m/f/d)

You will manufacture high-precision parts from aluminium, stainless steel (chromium-nickel alloys) and plastics on state-of-the-art 5-axis machining centres On 5-axis machines, you set up the equipment and clamp the workpieces correctly for multi-sided machining You run new programmes based on existing programme documentation or with your own adaptations You adapt simple programmes for 5-axis milling machines with Heidenhain controls (TNC 426 to TNC 640) or create new ones You document programmes, tools and clamping concepts in a traceable manner Using technical drawings and suitable measuring equipment, you independently check the manufactured parts for dimensional accuracy and quality You carry out scheduled maintenance on the 5-axis machines, ensuring they remain operational During the manufacturing process, you monitor the machining, identify deviations at an early stage and adjust tools or parameters You have completed a vocational training programme as a industrial mechanic (m/f/d), metalworker (m/f/d), machining mechanic (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification you have a basic knowledge of quality assurance Experience in machining prototypes, single parts and small-batch parts
