Construction and Facilities Management Associate (m/f/d)

We are looking for To ensure that our buildings, facilities, and plant sites continue to maintain high standards—both structurally and technically—we are seeking a dedicated individual who can provide expert guidance on internal construction projects and actively support our facilities management team. Das erwartet Sie: • Planning, managing, and monitoring internal construction and renovation projects on our buildings • Coordination and supervision of external service providers, tradespeople, and construction companies on site • Requesting offers, participating in the awarding of contracts, and monitoring costs and deadlines for construction projects • Ensuring compliance with building codes, safety standards, and regulatory requirements • Support for Ongoing Building Management • Point of contact for internal departments regarding construction and infrastructure issues • Assisting with the development of maintenance and repair plans and documentation • Support regarding occupational safety and fire safety issues related to buildings Sie bringen mit: • Completed technical training, e.g., as a technician or master craftsman/woman in the field of building construction, basic knowledg
