In this role, you will be responsible for processing and settling both manual and electronic delivery notes You will be responsible for entering and maintaining all data relevant to settlement in the operations log You will check incoming invoices and ensure the correct allocation and settlement of the relevant delivery notes You will also be responsible for the electronic filing of delivery notes alongside the corresponding invoices Clarifying customer enquiries, both by telephone and by email, is also part of your role You are responsible for resolving issues relating to invoice reductions and outstanding settlement matters You will also be responsible for maintaining and updating master data in the accounts system Creating new customers, construction projects and prices in the system rounds off your role You have completed a commercial apprenticeship or have experience in the commercial sector, e.g.
