TNC 640, iTNC 530 or similar), set them up and operate them You will mill components independently in accordance with technical drawings and specifications You will select tools, jigs and clamping devices and set them up You will optimise machining sequences and cutting parameters You will inspect the finished components using measuring equipment (e.g. callipers, micrometres, and, where applicable, 3D measurement technology) You carry out minor maintenance and repair work on the machines You document the manufacturing processes and report any anomalies You have completed an apprenticeship as a metalworker (m/f/d), milling machine operator (m/f/d), machining technician (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification Experience in sheet metal or metalworking is also an advantage for you You have extensive experience in working with Heidenha
