CNC lathe operator (m/f/d)

You will operate and set up CNC machining centres, including automation solutions You will carry out maintenance work and minor repairs on the machines independently You will take full responsibility for the quality of the manufactured parts In the long-turning sector, you will machine micro-parts with diameters ranging from 2 to 8 mm You will carry out internal machining operations with tight tolerance requirements, in some cases down to 0.1 mm You will inspect and measure the manufactured small parts in accordance with the specified SPC inspection plan You will adapt existing CNC programmes (e.g. Fanuc-TB-Deco or comparable control systems) or create new programmes You reliably document production and inspection data in the relevant systems You work closely with your team to set up and optimise machining processes You have completed training as a machine and plant operator (m/f/d), industrial mechanic (m/f/d), cutting machine operator (m/f/d) or hold a comparable qualification You have good CNC experience in long-turning of micro-parts with diameters ranging from 2 to 8 mm, in internal machining with tolerances as tight as 0.1 mm in some cases, and You have measurement experience
