We are currently looking for a Client Services Specialist (m/f/d) to join and help expand our team in Haar near Munich on a full-time basis. Key Responsibilities Maintaining customer data Independently managing and processing day-to-day operational tasks Preparing analyses and reports to support sales activities Monitoring and ensuring compliance with customer-specific quality requirements Supporting the Director of Customer Care and Quality Management with customer inquiries, enhancement of existing client solutions, and implementation of new client solutions Coordinating and communicating across departments, both internally and externally, regarding ongoing inquiries and orders to ensure smooth execution and the highest level of customer satisfaction Qualifications Degree in Economics, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification, preferably within the banking sector, with 2–3 years of professional experience in fi
