Cashier Team Leader (m/f/d)

You’ll keep an eye on day-to-day operations at the ticket office and entrance, and coordinate the teams to ensure everything runs smoothly throughout the day You will support new colleagues during their induction, teaching them relevant procedures, standards and how to use the systems. You will assist with rota and shift planning and, together with those in charge, ensure that staffing is planned in line with requirements.
