Your responsibilities You will professionally carry out basic and therapeutic care in the home environment; you will handle quality assurance and care process planning with confidence; you will lead, support and advise relatives expertly throughout the care process; you’ll also be responsible for care documentation and patient monitoring; and, last but not least, you’ll liaise with doctors What we’re looking for You have completed your training as a care specialist (m/f/d), healthcare and nursing assistant (m/f/d) or nurse (m/f/d) You have extensive specialist knowledge and professional experience in elderly care You are characterised by your efficiency, commitment, empathy and sense of responsibility, as well as strong personal and interpersonal skills You must provide a health certificate You must provide a current standard certificate of good conduct What we offer Full-time and part-time positions available Flexible ro
