Your responsibilities You will assess and determine the individual care needs of patients You will ensure the quality of medical care and continuously improve it You carry out expert diagnostic assessments and monitor patients’ health You prepare and administer medication in accordance with doctors’ instructions You will also prepare infusions, administer insulin, take blood samples and carry out regular blood glucose measurements You will be responsible for the professional management of wounds You will accompany ward rounds in close and trusting collaboration with the medical team You will implement preventive and health-promoting measures as part of your day-to-day nursing practice You will provide empathetic advice and support to patients and their relatives Active and respectful communication within the whole team rounds off your role What we are looking for You have completed your training as a qualified nurse (m/f/d) You hold a valid
