Buyer (m/f/d)

You will independently procure production materials, consumables, technical equipment and building services technology. You will request quotations and, on this basis, conduct contract award negotiations with suppliers You will conclude contracts and manage them as part of ongoing contract management As part of supplier management, you will maintain and further develop existing supplier relationships You monitor stock levels and ensure consistent availability of goods You ensure delivery capability through forward-looking stock planning You attend trade fairs to identify new suppliers and products You conduct supplier negotiations independently, representing the company’s interests You check incoming invoices for accuracy and compliance with terms and conditions In the event of quality defects or delivery discrepancies, you handle complaints with suppliers You have completed a commercial apprenticeship, e.g.

as a wholesale and foreign trade manager (m/f/d), an industrial clerk (m/f/d) or an office management assistant (m/f/d) you have already gained relevant professional experience in purchasing or materials management you are confident in using MS Office, and ideally ERP systems t
