Own the requirement phase for new PSP and payment method integrations by driving topics from initial tenant request to clear, testable specifications Analyse PSP API documentation , payment flows, and webhook behavior, mapping them onto SCAYLE's checkout and order lifecycle across a uthorization, capture, refund, cancellation, partial flows, and status transitions Write and maintain functional specifications , user stories, and acceptance criteria in Jira (NCO) and Confluence, proactively accounting for edge cases such as failed captures, delayed webhooks, mixed baskets, and partial shipments Model payment state machines and status mappings between PSPs and SCAYLE (e.g., pending vs. paid, instant capture vs.
