Business Analyst and Project Manager (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities: As a Business Analyst and Project Manager, you analyse business processes, identify optimisation potential and translate business requirements into clear, structured specifications. You manage projects from the initial idea through planning and implementation to successful completion, taking responsibility for scope, schedule, budget and quality.

You work closely with internal departments, stakeholders and external partners to understand requirements, define priorities and develop sustainable solutions. Furthermore, you prepare project plans, business cases, process descriptions, functional specifications and regular project status reports.

You coordinate project meetings, workshops and implementation activities, ensuring that decisions, actions and responsibilities are clearly documented and followed up. You identify project risks and dependencies at an early stage, develop appropriate countermeasures and communicate relevant developments to management and project stakeholders.
