Baker (m/f/d)

You select raw materials, measure them out accurately and mix them together according to the recipe You prepare pre-doughs, sourdough and yeast starters independently according to instructions You prepare and process doughs and mixtures, such as yeast dough, puff pastry and shortcrust pastry Once the dough has been prepared, you place the dough pieces into baking tins or onto baking trays Depending on the product, you either freeze the dough pieces or bake them straight away You operate the ovens, ensuring that baking times and temperatures are strictly adhered to You garnish and decorate finished baked goods and pack them ready for dispatch As part of quality control, you check raw materials and finished products for appearance, weight and texture You store raw materials and finished products correctly and ensure they are labelled correctly You clean equipment, machines and your work area regularly, whilst complying with hygiene regulations (HACCP) You have successfully completed an apprenticeship as a baker (m/f/d), confectioner (m/f/d), cook (m/f/d) or bakery production specialist (m/f/d) You have knowledge of dough preparation and baking processes Ideally, you already have expe
