Accounts payable clerk (m/f/d)

You will be responsible for day-to-day accounts payable and will post incoming invoices accurately and on time As part of the dunning process, you will monitor outstanding items and initiate appropriate dunning steps where necessary You will handle out-of-court debt collection and resolve outstanding payment issues with the relevant business partners You will regularly reconcile supplier accounts and ensure they are correctly maintained You check incoming invoices for accuracy and allocate them to the relevant cost centres In the event of discrepancies or differences, you contact suppliers and resolve these independently You maintain and update supplier master data in the accounting system You also assist with preparing payment runs and liaising with other accounting departments You have completed a vocational qualification as an industrial clerk (m/f/d) or a wholesale and foreign trade clerk (m/f/d); alternatively, you have several years’ experience in accounts receivable management Experience in accounts payable would be an advantage You are confident in using standard accounting systems and MS Office Good German language skills and a reliable approach to work round off your prof
