Accounts payable clerk (m/f/d)

You will post incoming supplier invoices, both with and without a purchase order reference, in a timely manner and ensure they are processed smoothly You will reliably enter processed cash and travel expense claims into the system You prepare and execute electronic bank payments for several companies, whilst keeping an eye on payment terms When clarifying invoice items, you work closely with other departments and ensure transparent reconciliation You maintain accounts payable master data and accounts, keeping them up to date at all times You monitor outstanding items and process reminders on time You check invoices for factual and numerical accuracy and resolve discrepancies independently You provide support during reconciliations between accounts payable and other financial processes You have completed a commercial apprenticeship, for example as an industrial clerk (m/f/d), office management assistant (m/f/d) or tax clerk (m/f/d) Several years’ experience in accounting would be an advantage Ideally, you have practical experience with ERP systems You are characterised by a service-oriented approach, commitment and motivation You are confident in using MS Office, particularly Outloo
