You will be responsible for handling day-to-day accounts receivable and/or accounts payable You will be responsible for checking, allocating and posting incoming and/or outgoing invoices You will also monitor outstanding items and, ideally, manage the dunning process (accounts receivable) Processing payments and resolving payment discrepancies will also form part of your remit You will also be responsible for account reconciliation and clarification You will play an active role in monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements in accordance with the German Commercial Code (HGB) Furthermore, you will act as the point of contact for customers, suppliers and colleagues on accounting matters Your support in the ongoing optimisation of accounting processes rounds off your role a completed commercial apprenticeship, e.g.

as a tax clerk (m/f/d), office administrator (m/f/d), a comparable qualification or, alternatively,
