Accountant (m/f/d)

You will issue outgoing invoices for the service calls carried out You will make the necessary invoicing documents available in various third-party systems You will monitor the timely processing of invoices in close coordination with the service office You will support the team in checking and posting incoming invoices You will maintain customer and supplier master data in the system You will carry out general administrative and organisational tasks as part of your day-to-day work You check entries for completeness and accuracy You liaise with colleagues and customers regarding queries about invoices You contribute to the proper filing and documentation of accounting records You have completed a vocational qualification as a tax clerk (m/f/d), an industrial clerk (m/f/d), Office Management Assistant (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification You have relevant experience in bookkeeping You are confident in using MS Office and the ERP system You have a good command of written and spoken German Reliability, the ability to work as part of a team and a meticulous approach to your work round off your profile permanent employment contract company pension scheme annual bonus payments personalis
