Accountant (m/f/d)

You will handle day-to-day financial accounting, carefully post documents to the correct accounts and ensure that all business transactions are recorded correctly You will manage, monitor and reconcile accounts receivable, accounts payable, supplier accounts, customer accounts and general ledger accounts, including the resolution of outstanding items You will check, post and issue invoices; you will reliably check incoming documents You will prepare monthly closing entries as well as quarterly and annual financial statements You prepare and submit reports to the relevant authorities by the deadlines You produce figures, reports and analyses for senior management to inform decision-making and keep track of trends in income and expenditure You plan and execute domestic and international payment transactions and manage financial processes independently You play an active role in budget and short-term financial planning and draw these up as required You will be in regular contact with auditors and tax advisers You will conscientiously manage dunning and debt collection processes You have completed a vocational qualification as an office administrator (m/f/d), industrial clerk (m/f/d),
