Accountant (m/f/d)

You will be responsible for assisting with the preparation of financial reports, annual accounts, tax returns and audit documentation. You will also handle accounts payable and accounts receivable, including invoice verification and account reconciliation.

You will, furthermore, be responsible for day-to-day payment processing, the dunning process and daily bank entries. Furthermore, you will compile and manage internal and external statistics, travel expense claims and credit checks.

You will also monitor the daily interface between BPCS and SOFTM and ensure compliance with legal requirements. Last but not least, you will collaborate with internal departments, contribute to process optimisation and undertake special tasks You have completed a commercial apprenticeship or hold a comparable qualification in accounting You also have proven professional experience in accounts payable and accounts receivable, as well as a sound understanding of accounting principles and procedures You have a good command of MS Office, particularly Excel, practical experience with the BPCS inventory management system, and knowledge of accounting software such as SOFTM Good written and spoken German, as
