You will be responsible for day-to-day bookkeeping (accounts receivable, accounts payable, bank entries) You will prepare operating costs and service charge statements You will monitor incoming and outgoing payments as well as the dunning process You will carry out account reconciliations and resolve accounting queries You will assist with the digitalisation and optimisation of processes Finally, you will manage the accounts in two different systems: Haus Perfekt and the Impower system, which is yet to be introduced You have completed a commercial apprenticeship, e.g.

as an industrial clerk (m/f/d), a tax clerk (m/f/d) or in the field of office administration or tax Ideally, you will have some initial experience in the property sector as well as professional experience in the field of bookkeeping Experience in bookkeeping will be an advantage You are proficient in using bookkeeping software and MS Office, particularl
