Finance & Controlling Officer (m/f/d)

You will process incoming and outgoing invoices and monitor payment transactions You will carry out budget planning, as well as the preparation of forecasts and target/actual comparisons, independently You will prepare key performance indicators, profitability analyses and management reports for the executive board You will play an active role in investment and financing planning as well as in risk assessments You will optimise and digitise commercial processes and invoicing workflows You will oversee supplier management and carry out procurement controlling You will check vouchers and accounting documents for completeness and accuracy You will prepare regular analyses and reports on cost trends for internal coordination You will assist with the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements in collaboration with the accounts department You will carry out reconciliations with internal departments and external partners as part of the financial processes You have a successfully completed degree or commercial apprenticeship specialising in finance, controlling or accounting or a comparable qualification you have several years’ professional experience in finance and controlling
