Recruiter (m/f/d)

In your role, you will post job advertisements commissioned by the department via appropriate recruitment channels using the applicant tracking system, ensure standards are met and further develop the job advertisement guidelines You will screen applications against defined formal criteria, carry out preliminary telephone checks as part of an initial assessment, and forward suitable profiles of candidates who meet the criteria on paper to the relevant department You will coordinate and be responsible for the entire interview process between candidates, hiring managers and recruiters You will handle rejection notifications via the central recruitment inbox As a key point of contact, you will be in constant communication with colleagues conducting interviews, specialist departments and applicants You maintain and update the applicant tracking system and continuously monitor the application process to ensure everything runs smoothly You have successfully completed a commercial apprenticeship You have several years’ professional experience in HR consultancy or recruitment, or a comparable role in the HR sector with initial relevant practical experience You are characterised by your exp
