Recruiter (m/f/d)

You will place commissioned job adverts via suitable recruitment channels, using the applicant tracking system You will ensure a consistent standard across job adverts and further develop the job advert guidelines You will screen incoming applications against defined formal criteria You will also carry out telephone pre-checks and initial assessments with suitable candidates You will refer suitable candidates to the relevant department You will independently coordinate the interview process between candidates, hiring managers and recruiters You will manage the rejection process and oversee communication via the central recruitment inbox As the point of contact between the departments and applicants, you will advise and support both sides in a service-oriented manner You will keep applicant data and application statuses up to date and complete in the applicant tracking system You have completed a commercial apprenticeship, for example as a Human Resources Administrator (m/f/d), an office management assistant (m/f/d) or an industrial business administrator (m/f/d), or a relevant degree in human resources you have already gained several years’ professional experience in HR consultancy
