You will independently support and advise specialist staff and managers (m/f/d) on all HR matters, from recruitment to departure, and, together with our training coordinator, act as the point of contact for our trainees (m/f/d) You will place job adverts, review applications, coordinate and conduct interviews, working closely with the relevant management team As part of the payroll process, you will check recorded working hours and absences, prepare the monthly payslips as part of a team, and carry out corrections and analyses As part of staff development, you will support development processes, book external training courses and oversee their evaluation You will contribute to our diverse projects (e.g.

further digitalisation) and specialist areas (e.g. payroll, workplace health management) and take responsibility for a specific area of the department You have completed a commercial apprenticeship and undertaken further training
