Your responsibilities You will oversee the entire operational HR process throughout the employee lifecycle You will carry out payroll processing independently and on time You will advise managers and staff on HR-related matters as well as issues concerning remuneration, social security and employment law You will independently draw up employment contracts, references, certificates and other HR documents In recruitment, you will assist with job advertisements, applicant management and interviews You will prepare HR reports and analyse them regularly You will reliably maintain personnel master data and digital HR systems You will play an active role in the further development of HR processes, guidelines and projects, as well as employer branding initiatives You will provide support with administrative tasks in the area of Global HR and travel arrangements, as well as with projects for the man
