Senior Electronics Engineer (m/f/d)

Join us as Senior Electronics Engineer (m/f/d) and work with us on changing the future! Design complex high-speed boards hosting high-performance FPGA/SoC devices and multi-chip packages for optical communication terminals.

Own schematic capture, constraint definition and PCB layout, applying device-vendor design guidelines for fan-out, stack-up, power delivery and high-speed serial links. Perform or coordinate SI/PI and thermal analyses, and close the design together with mechanical and thermal teams.

Work with PCB manufacturers and assembly suppliers on stack-up, DFM and fabrication. Bring up, test and debug boards in the lab and verify them against requirements.

Prepare design documentation, support design reviews and hand over to production. Required experience: Minimum 6 years of hands-on professional experience in the field.
