Your responsibilities You will resolve IT-related issues such as software, hardware or network problems – whilst logging, tracking and prioritising incidents in the ticketing system You will be responsible for setting up, modifying and deactivating user accounts in systems such as Active Directory, and will assist with the installation, configuration and updating of software, using monitoring and management tools to proactively identify potential issues Your duties include providing updates and troubleshooting guidance to users, as well as escalating complex issues where necessary, to higher-level support teams, and documenting steps, solutions and frequently asked questions regarding troubleshooting to improve knowledge sharing Yo
