Your contribution: You lead an international team of frontend and backend developers, quality assurance, DevOps engineers, and Scrum Masters through the agile development process and ensure the use of modern cloud and AI technologies. You take care of onboarding, training, and developing employees, define recruiting standards and processes, and actively foster skills in frontend, DevOps, cloud, and AI.
