TAKKTalent: Category Management & Procurement | Workplace Essentials

Team Purpose: The Category Management sub-team Workplace Essentials is a dynamic group of five Product Managers (PMs) and two Product Experience Managers (PXMs), dedicated to curating a modern and customer-focused product assortment. We manage over 40,000 articles across categories such as Changing Room, Waste Management, Office, Outdoor, and Security.

Our work is a blend of 40% administrative tasks and 60% strategic and project-related initiatives. We support various internal stakeholders like Sales, Procurement, Marketing, and Warehousing while also enhancing product data, conducting KPI analyses, and improving content for our Marketplaces.

In addition, we actively drive forward-looking projects involving strategic portfolio planning, supplier onboarding, catalogue creation, CGI content, and more.
