On behalf of our client, a medium-sized company specialising in plastics and pipework systems based in Ebenhofen, we are looking for you to join us as a Sales Administrator (m/f/d) as part of a temporary placement with the option of a permanent role . You will be responsible for providing expert support and comprehensive advice to national and international customers and prospective clients, whilst adhering to all internal quality standards and sales processes you will also be responsible for actively supporting the internationally active Key Account Managers with operational and organisational tasks in day-to-day business Furthermore, you will oversee the complete handling of the entire sales process, from the initial enquiry through structured order processing right through to invoicing The professional preparation of all relevant shipping documents, such as delivery notes, freight documents, customs documents and invoices
