Sales Administrator (m/f/d)

You advise and assist craft customers at the goods collection point You process returns You document goods movements and update the relevant data in the system You have completed an apprenticeship as a retail sales assistant (m/f/d), sales assistant (m/f/d) or specialist advisor in the plumbing, heating and air conditioning trade (m/f/d) You have gained experience in advising and supporting customers Knowledge of sanitary products or tradesmen’s supplies would be an advantage Confident use of stock management systems and commercial processes is one of your strengths You make a positive impression with your friendly and engaging manner towards customers You have a good command of written and spoken German You have good organisational skills and a structured approach to your work You are reliable and keep on top of things, even when dealing with returns and complaints The ability to work well in a team and strong communication skills round off your profile an open and friendly working environment a varied role in a family-run business job security and opportunities for professional development a salary based on your qualifications and professional experience the employee benefits of
