Internal Sales Representative (m/f/d)

You will be responsible for preparing and processing quotations, as well as entering orders, including creating orders in SAP and issuing order confirmations You will be responsible for internal distribution, filing and documentation, as well as for applying for, monitoring and reclaiming guarantees In the invoicing department, you will issue outgoing invoices, monitor due dates and enter the invoicing schedule into SAP The general commercial processing of customer orders, including documentation in accordance with guidelines, will form part of your day-to-day work You will handle customer care and back-office support in collaboration with the field sales team, assist sales staff and, where necessary, provide on-site support to customers on an ad hoc basis You will assist with project management and the internal tracking of projects, including ad hoc projects within the Sales Processing department You will maintain relevant data in SAP and, in consultation with the relevant Sales Manager, analyse the quotations recorded in the system Working closely with related departments (Commissioning, Production, Purchasing, Sales, Design & Project Management), you will report to your line man
