Internal Sales Representative (m/f/d)

You will be responsible for production planning and will create orders in the ERPsystem. You will regularly check stock levels and report requirements to the purchasing department.

Communicating with the purchasing department regarding stock levels and reorders is also part of your responsibilities. You will maintain the product master data in the system and keep it up to date.

You will carefully record stock-take data in the ERPsystem. You will take customer orders and process them further; you will draw up quotations and carry out the relevant costing.

You will monitor deadlines and ensure that delivery deadlines are met; you will independently handle external communication with customers:independently. You plan and manage internal sales activities.

You analyse key performance indicators and derive appropriate actions from them. You create and maintain documentation as part of your daily work You have successfully completed an apprenticeship as an industrial clerk (m/f/d), a wholesale and foreign trade management clerk (m/f/d) or an office management clerk (m/f/d) You have professional experience in production planning or sales You have a command of English at least at B2 level Y
